Here are some approximate times and prices for most service calls.

Remember, with a service contract you get up to 60 free hours of support per year...

• Minor Computer upgrades - 30 min to 1 hour (most common, include addition of hardware, minor software installations, etc) $60.00/hr. * $45/hr if you have a service contract



• Major Computer upgrades 1-3 hours (replacement of main components of computer/server, replacement of hard drive, no start computer diagnosis) $60/hr.* $45/hr if you have a service contract



• Virus/Spyware and Malicious application removal $60/hr ($30/hr if remote connection available).* $45/hr if you have a service contract



• Labor prices for Hardware Diagnosis & Software Corruption and repair are $60/hr.* $45/hr if you have a service contract



• Remote Repair of operating systems or malware/virus removal is $50.00/hr (if applicable)



• Installation of Lan Ethernet Cabling to be determined upon estimate time



• Installation and Configuration of or repair of Wireless Networks $60.00/hr with approximate time 1 hour. * $45/hr if you have a service contract



• Website Construction is to be charged on the basis of time involved in construction at $50/hr.




*All fees stated above are approximate. Cost will be determined by hourly labor rate of onsite technician at $60/hr. It is possible in extreme circumstances that the cost will rise above the costs shown above do to diagnosis and problems with your computer/server. There is a 1 hour minimum fee for any on-site repairs and consultations.

**Remote repair if applicable is available at $30/hr.

***If a machine can be taken offsite for repairs consisting of more than 2 hours labor, labor will be charged at a rate of $40/hr instead of $60/hr for all offsite repairs. This is for major operating system upgrades, serious hardware failure, and extreme virus and malware removal.
