• Any parts, home automation kits, supplies, computers, & some network equiptment purchased from us will be warrantied for entire length of time you have a service contract with Central Indiana Network Solutions



• We guarantee if the technician cannot immediately provide a solution to your problem, (for example, extreme hardware failure) then as soon as the parts/materials come in a technician will be dispatched to your location within 2 hours of arrival of parts

*Up to 40 hours onsite labor & 8 hours remote labor included per year - from $200 per month... a savings up to 27% or more if you use more than the 48 hours alloted.


• We can have a technician available within 8 hours working to resolve your problems problems



• Any parts, home automation kits, supplies, computers, & some network equiptment purchased from us will be warrantied for entire length of time you have a service contract with Central Indiana Network Solutions

*Up to 24 hours onsite labor & 6 hours remote labor included per year - from $125 per month


• We guarantee a technician available within 8 hours working to resolve your problems between the hours of 9 am and 10 pm.


Any parts, home automation kits, supplies, computers, & some network equiptment purchased from us will be warrantied for entire length of time you have a service contract with Central Indiana Network Solutions

*Up to 16 hours onsite labor & 4 hours remote labor included per year - from $75 per month


• We can guarantee a technician available within 12 hours to resolve your problems



• Any parts, home automation kits, supplies, computers, & some network equiptment purchased from us will be warrantied for entire length of time you have a service contract with Central Indiana Network Solutions

Our goal is to be able to provide service to any customers within 24 hours but we cannot guarantee that without a service contract. Anyone purchasing our service contracts will also have technical support options available through phone, email, or by the web.
